- Insure follow up of the beneficiaries following the vocational courses in order to track youth development (in collaboration with the PS department);
- Identify the needs and gaps within the AVS and develop a work plan with the Schools personnel based on previous month results (including technical recommendations);
- Plan, conduct and report technical meetings and trainings with teachers;
- Provide monthly quantitative and narrative reports to the VT coordinator
- Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection through different the M&E tools (Focus group discussion, surveys, database…)
- Conduct relevant research to answer technical needs of the AVSs
- Follow up with the directors of the schools the purchases of tools for the schools;
- Facilitate the implementation of the partner activities, liaising with school directors, tutors and teachers
- Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program;
- Perform any other relevant duties as required.
