- Plan, coordinate and implement TVET activities following the methodologies set by the Livelihood department respecting the administrative, logistical and communication procedures.
- Work closely with school coordinators and TVET teachers to ensure the quality implementation of the activities following the SOP of the vocational department.
- Guide and track youth development through the different Livelihood pathways ensuring the linkage with the world of work.
- Assist in curriculum updates as per the market needs and feasibility.
- Identify the needs and gaps within the AVS and develop a work plan with the Schools personnel based on previous month results (including technical recommendations).
- Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection and validation through different M&E tools (database, focus group discussion, surveys and other).
- Conduct relevant research and provide technical expertise to support the program.
- Provide lessons learnt from the field and suggest improvements regarding the activities’ implementation
- Maintain the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).
- Be the lead focal point for the consolidation of qualitative and quantitative reports in collaboration with the TVET team as requested.
- Be involved in the review and adaptation of technical materials as recommended by the Training coordinator.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.
- Given the nature and function of AVSI Lebanon as AVSI Mena hub, and on request, and in case of need; to collaborate with the regional structure in Lebanon / Mena.
