Field Officer- Agronimist

-          Ensure and coordinate the implementation of all AVSI activities within the AVSs. -          Identify the gaps and needs of each AVS and organize activities based on the observations. -          Coordinate trainings for schools’ teachers and directors based on their needs and donor’s requirements. -          Elaborate curricula for the pilot of “on the job training” program and insure the implementation of the related activities. -          Work closely with school directors and teaching personnel in order to organize annual open days and promotion activities for the AVSs. -          Organize field visits for all BT students in collaboration with the schools’ teaching personnel. -          Cooperate in the organization of Italian experts’ missions (logistics, development of the content of the training, document translations, etc.) and participate to the training activities realized by the experts. -          Attend technical meetings related to the project (with municipalities, stakeholders, Local NGOs, MoA staff, schools’ teachers and directors, etc…) and elaborate the necessary reports. -          Report all trainings and field activities to the project manager (attendance, topics, challenges, opportunities, etc.). -          Perform other duties as may be required by the Country Director in order to ensure that project operations proceed according to schedule and foreseen project results are achieved.
