Health Officer

The Health Officer will: Share the methodology and technical design with the Field Implementation team members, beneficiaries and contractors Plan and coordinate the number and timing of  health education sessions with the supported facilities in collaboration with Health Assistants, Nutrition Specialist and Field Coordinator Participate in the identification of potential program partner structures To contribute in supervising and managing the Health Assistants, Community Health Workers and monitor their work by constantly visiting the areas of intervention and getting feedback when not directly in the field Participate in the constant evaluation of the project (effectiveness, efficiency, impact, relevance) Participate in writing of all required health reports (for AVSI, donors, partners, etc) Work in close collaboration with the M&E Officer (Health&Nutrition) for data analysis Prepare weekly and monthly report for Hygiene activities Perform any other relevant duties as required   Preferred Requirements: Degree in management or administration of health systems / public health (a master degree is a plus); at least two years of experience in the health system Computer skills and report writing experience. Excellent communication skills.
