M&E officer

  • In collaboration with the M&E coordinator and the Program and Project Managers, establish a reliable and consistent set of outcome Indicators for AVSI projects.
  • Develop a system to ensure that the program planning, including inputs and targets, is aligned with the overall program logframe and other types of M&E indicators.
  • Develop an overall M&E plan and manage day-to-day operations of the M&E system, including support of project officers (field staff) in continued implementation of M&E tools and instruments.
  • Ensure data received is accurate and useable for integration into the database and reporting.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly analysis report.
  • Provide monitoring and evaluation support to partner organization.
  • Participate in the development of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and M&E guidelines.
  • Organize Focus Group Discussion as well as Baseline and Endline surveys.
  • In collaboration with the M&E coordinator, develop and disseminate case stories from the field and out of database.
  • In collaboration with the M&E coordinator, ensure timely compilation of internal and external progress reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
