Outreach Assistant

Tasks: - identification and referral of children, - filling and keeping updated the child forms - facilitate the enrolment of children in the public schools and governmental educational programme - refer the children in need of tailored support to specific institutions/service providers (health services, social services, INGOs, NGOs, other NFE programme, PSS services etc. ) and closely follow up the referral implemented (developing and implementing a specific tool accordingly) - refer to the protection officers cases in need of tailored support that can't be offered within the services provided by the consortium activities or present in the area of intervention - conduct home visits to families of children involved in the programme. Particular attention will be given to children with irregular attendance to the activities or belonging to extremely vulnerable families. - organize the awareness campaigns foreseen by the project.
