MAIN OBJECTIVE Be part of the Outreach team, to plan, coordinate and manage daily vocational activities on field Main RESPONSABILITIES Work in collaboration with Outreach team for the implementation of Outreach activities (outreach on field, municipalities visits, CBO and local community meetings, focus group and outreach events). Coordinate between FAO, ATS and Vocational officers regarding the planning of the vocational courses. Coordinate with FAO Vocational training coordinator the organization and procurement of the vocational courses. Keep record of the direct beneficiaries of the project and prepare weekly and monthly reports and related documents. Work in close collaboration with the M&E Officer for data collection and analysis. Responsible of maintaining the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically). Report weekly & monthly on activities and results to Outreach Coordinator and Vocational project Coordinator. Perform any other relevant duties as required.   REPORTING TO Outreach Coordinator and Vocational Project Coordinator.   STUDIES REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development/Humanitarian Studies, Social Science or Information Management.  EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an organization. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Arabic Mother tongue Fluent English and French Excellent computer skills; knowledge of excel and other data entry programs. An understanding of youth education program. Strong organizational and team working skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills Good cultural awareness and sensitivity. Strong documentation, research and report writing skills. Knowledge of the NGO operations and the dynamics of the humanitarian sector.
