Physical Education teacher

  • Designs, plans and implements PE indoor and outdoor activities
  • Maintains records of children’s achievement and evaluate children on a continuous basis
  • Documents children behavior and make necessary referral to CP and inclusion team
  • Adapts activities to children with disabilities; develop appropriate modifications for IEP.
  • Maintains a safe and comfortable environment for children
  • Sets up equipment prior to session
  • Teaches safety rules related to each activity
  • Monitors use and care of equipment, materials, and facilities
  • Records each child’s classroom attendance, reporting any absences
  • Participates in the trainings and follow up meetings conducted by Team.
  • Participates in parent-teacher meetings
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates field day if requested
