Private Sector Assistant - Jounieh/hazmieh Or Bekaa

To strengthen the network and relationship between the 7 Lebanese AVSs and the private sector, for implementation of internship.   Develop the working plan in collaboration with the Project manager and the Vocational Training Coordinator; Map the Private Agricultural Companies (present in the areas of intervention) available to offer an internship to the students, and create a database; Prepare and sign the internship agreements; Coordinate the internship calendar in collaboration with the Vocational Training Coordinator; Organize the internships, coordinate the organization of transportations and the daily payment of the participants; Nominate the Mentors and follow up their activities and facilitate the relationship with the companies Monitor the implementation of the internship through spot check and draft the reports;  Carry out all the tasks needed by the Country Representative
