Project Coordinator

• Oversee the project activity organization and implementation supporting the PM in the creation and update of the relevant management tools and procedures.
• Ensure proper management of funds in compliance with donor’s procedures: budget forecasts, management of expenditures, procurement plans, and HR needs
• Coordinate with Operation Department to provide needed support (financial, logistic, etc...) to the project activities
• Provide overall coordination to the project staff in the organization and follow up of the activities in the field
• Elaborate draft of narrative reports as per the donor’s requirement
• Provide regular coaching and support to the sector coordinators
• Coordinate with PM for recruitment of consultants while ensuring progress on deliverables
• Undertake external high-level communication with donor and lead partners, while ensuring a timely reporting on all the project outputs
• Facilitate the relationship with project partners in order to implement and monitor the project work plan, in respect to overall budget, timeline and context relevance
• Review partners deliverables namely narrative reports, TORs and technical proposals. Provide guidance and support when needed in coordination with the sector coordinators
• Advise and contribute to the activity’s adaptation taking into consideration the volatile and unstable context

Support in the elaboration of concept notes and call for proposals in the food security and livelihoods sectors.
