     Project Title: Empowering Economically Marginalized Lebanese Women in Nabaa Sin el Fil       1. Project Description  The project will take place in the impoverished area of Nabaa-Sin el Fil, Beirut, Lebanon, which has become a sanctuary for various economically vulnerable communities seeking low-cost living. Employability, self-empowerment, and vocational training will be provided to 60 women who lack basic skills for employment. The project will end with at least 50% of the women self-employed or obtaining new or better jobs in area markets, small factories, and shops.  2.   Learning Objectives and Delivery Methodology Soft skills include pre-employment and employability skills that are necessary for entrance into the labor force such as communications, critical thinking, leadership/teamwork, self-confidence/positive attitude, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, CV writing, interview and presentation, job search techniques.  Job-oriented skills are technical and business skills to enable target populations to find jobs, to establish viable self-employment venture or to stay employed in a changing economy. Implementer designs survey based on MEPI guidelines.   profile:  have a professional background have extensive experience in delivering training have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.    8. Expected Deliverables - One soft skills and self-empowerment curriculum for a period of 2 months ( 4 sessions/week and 1.5 hrs/session) -  A facilitator's note, including: The training calendar with session titles The Facilitator’s Guide organized by training sessions describing: Session topic Learning objectives Duration of the session List of key contents and talking points Sequence of steps to deliver the session Required materials The pre and post-training test questionnaires, to verify competences and learning
