HR Specialist

Banin Charity Association is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Beirut.

✨ Key Requirements:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in NGOs
 • Strong knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law & NSSF regulations
 • Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
 • Experience drafting HR policies and handling compliance
 • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English 
 • Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems
