Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Follow up attendance, leave, payroll, and HR documentation
• Monitor staff performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and annual appraisals
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR regulations
• Support quality standards, audits, and continuous process improvement
• Prepare HR reports, analysis, and quality assurance documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR operations and quality management, preferably in NGOs
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, performance appraisal systems, and HR policies
• Good understanding of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
