Job Desciption :

• Deliver training in play-based learning, SEL, and inclusive pedagogy.
• Apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and positive classroom management strategies.
• Integrate structured teaching and active learning methods.
• Adapt training for non-formal education settings.
• Coach and support teachers for improved classroom practices.

KPIs:

• Timely delivery of training sessions.
• Positive feedback from trainees.
• Application of UDL and SEL methods in classrooms.
• Improved inclusive teaching practices among participants.

Education & Experience :

• Advanced degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teacher training, especially in SEL, play-based learning, and inclusive pedagogy.
• Familiarity with LEGO-based play or similar active learning tools.
• Previous experience working in Lebanon or similar contexts.
• Strong knowledge of education in non-formal settings.
• Experience applying UDL principles and positive classroom management
