Basmeh & Zeitooneh is a registered Lebanese organization, committed to serving refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon, through four community centers across the country. The organization runs educational, relief, livelihoods, and protection programs, and aims to serve as an inclusive and supportive focal point for the entire community.
Job Purpose: Basmeh & Zeitooneh is looking for a short-term professional video production company or individuals with a team who can provide videography and video editing services to cover four pitch events happening in Bekaa, Tripoli, and Beirut. Shooting the event activities, interviews for testimonials with participants, and an interview with a staff member talking about the project.
Major Activities:
Videography:
- Cover four pitch events; two in Bekaa, one in Tripoli, and one in Beirut.
- Shoot one interview with project staff and six to eight short interviews with participants covering testimonials about their participation, in the four events.
Post-production:
- Produce 4 stories (Reels/vertical video) to be used on social media, up to one minute covering the event. This is to be delivered the next day after each event.
- Compile the shot interviews with existing footage provided by B&Z to produce a rough cut of up to 4 minutes including footage from the 4 events, the interview with a staff member, and testimonials from participants.
- Edit the rough cut based on feedback to create a coherent short video.
- Provide a translation for subtitling the video, to be reviewed and confirmed ahead.
- Produce a color-graded and audio-mixed final video with subtitles.
- Share raw footage from the events with the B&Z Comms team to be used in future productions by the organization.
