Responsibilities:
Assisting line managers in understanding and implementing the organization’s policies and procedures.
Promoting a culture of equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Establishing policies and procedures regarding working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and coordinating holidays as well as absences.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
Undertaking regular salary reviews;
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
Implementing and advising management on stipulations set for by local employment laws;
Planning, coordinating, and delivering, training for old and new staff members.
Analyzing the training needs of staff members in collaboration with the respective departmental managers.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Must be willing to work in Shatila
Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience working in Human Resources.
