Information and Reporting Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Country Director the Info and Reporting officer will:

• Support the Country Office in the development of a reporting plan, including date and requirements template to facilitate effective program progress reporting
• Develop and standardize the reporting tools and data templates
• Provide high quality editing and formatting for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and final internal and external report after collecting relevant information from program and country teams (Area managers, Project Coordinators)
• Monitor deadlines and ensure that reporting requirements (frequency, quality, and timeliness) for all running activities have been planned and agreed upon
• Proactively gather information from relevant cluster partners, UN agencies and other organizations
• Design necessary data collection forms, ensuring that the purpose and use of data collected is clear and that questions are simple, clear and collectable.
• Organize and manage data input from data collection forms and conduct initial analysis of the data.
• Based on the data collected, conduct needs and gap identification for the relevant sector
