Duties and responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Country Director the Info and Reporting officer will:
Support the Country Office in the development of a reporting plan, including date and requirements template to facilitate effective program progress reporting
Develop and standardize the reporting tools and data templates
Provided high quality editing and formatting for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and final internal and external report after collecting relevant information from program and country teams (Area managers, Project Coordinators)
Monitor deadlines and ensure that reporting requirements (frequency, quality, and timeliness) for all running activities have been planned and agreed upon
Proactively gather information from relevant cluster partners, UN agencies and other organizations
Design necessary data collection forms, ensuring that the purpose and use of data collected are clear and that questions are simple, clear and collectible.
Organize and manage data input from data collection forms and conduct initial analysis of the data.
Based on the data collected, conduct needs and gap identification for the relevant sector.
Qualifications:
Professional technical experience matching the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities.
A minimum 3 years of humanitarian field experience.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is obligatory,
