Responsibilities:
- Plan life skills literacy training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions in groups
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
- BS degree in Education, social sciences or any related field.
- Has Certified trainer or T.OT or any related field
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience as technical trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Leadership skills
Working Conditions:
The candidate will be giving a course for 2 days a week, 2.5 Hour /day, according to the beneficiaries' needs and availability.
