Small grants project / Management trainer duties

  • Teaches and demonstrates all the principles of small businesses (how to start up a business, how to run small business. And how to write business plan
  • demonstrates all the principles of management (market analysis, competition analysis, swat analysis,)
  • Explain the proper ways to establish a small, sustainable and successful business
  • Prepares presentations that enhance the quality of learning for participants
  • Coordinate with the project coordinator all the things related to curriculum and training material as well as student progress
  • Assess the trainees on the basis of their attendance and their academic performance.
  • Present the training in a very comprehensible manner that is easily understood.
  • Utilize interactive learning strategies in order to emphasize the ideas of the training and assures a wide involvement from the trainees.
  • Be fully prepared to answer any unforeseen questions and to provide assistance to training participants after classes.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Project coordinator.
