Psychologist-Nabaa

Under the technical supervision of the Protection Program Manager and the supervision of the Beirut Area Manager, the psychologist will support the project implementation through the following tasks in B&Z community center in Nabaa, Duties & Responsibilities: Provide counseling services for both migrant and host communities in respect to the IASC MHPSS minimum standards to ensure the psychological, social, and physical well-being of service seekers through confidential documentation; Support the project cycles by following up on referrals made through the psychosocial support program and the case manager;   Participate in capacity building trainings related to the area of operations and the protection program scope of work;  Submit monthly reports concerning challenges, achievements and trends related to the project; Work closely with the case manager to support referred individuals both internally and through external partners;  Participate in monthly meetings and staff care sessions;
