Psychosocial Support Women

We are looking for a highly qualified individual who are able to implement activities for Women in a challenging but interesting environment. Female’s candidates are highly encouraged for application. About the job  The aim of this position is to implement psychosocial support, awareness and positive parenting activities for women in collaboration with the case worker.   Duties  Implement psychosocial activities according to the women’s ages and situation and according to Basmeh and Zeitooneh Curriculum. Develop an awareness session plan and conduct awareness sessions for women. Promote and ensure the women participation in B&Z activities; Prepare and implement positive parenting session for targeted women;  Positively interact with participants and encourage them to express their needs and ensure their safety; Make necessary and timely referrals when needed, respecting confidentiality and the beneficiary’s right. Conduct outreach activities to select targeted and most vulnerable women and establish connection with host community. Abilities and skills Able to work with refugees and deprived and most vulnerable women; Experience in humanitarian and social work, and psychosocial support. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills; Scientific background related to psychosocial support.    Requirements  Experience required: minimum of one year Education degree: Bachelor or technical Degree in social work or any related field Age required: Over 23 years old
