- Provide effective and timely support in recruitment and selection to ensure integrity and merit
- Establish a recruitment, testing and interviewing program; advise managers on candidate selection
- Assist in the preparation of standard job descriptions, terms of reference per function and ensure submission of personnel requisitions in coordination with Country Director and Line Managers/Supervisors
- Ensure adherence to Employment Guidelines, Security and Safety Guidelines, and the Code of Conduct/child protection policy, among other policies
- Coordinate labor, consultancy and service contracts signing, Monitor compliance with the national and local labor law (when possible) and other relevant regulations
- Update relevant information for HR Policy and prepares annual HR report
- Manage and maintain contract database properly
- Assess training and development needs of staff and provide appropriate induction and orientation, training, supervision and support as required
- Ensure all staff have adequate access to HR/Administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage the Performance evaluation system of all staff. Ensure that exit interviews/ debriefs are prepared at the end of service
- Provide counselling and promote equity, transparency and consistency in the interpretation, determination and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
- Implement/update HR and administrative policies, systems and procedures
- Ensure confidential and standardized filing of personnel documents in all offices
- Develop effective HR management tools and provide regular HR analysis and reporting to management
- Maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Prepare budget of human resources operations
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
- Develop and manage a system follow up of breaches to the Code of Conduct, ensuring timely administration of disciplinary actions as necessary
Provide support to the HR assistants/Officers through coaching, mentoring and constant follow up
Monthly field visits to all centers Beirut, Beqaa, Tripoli
- Participate in Management meetings
- Provide support for Erbil and Turkey Offices
