Beit el Baraka (BeB) is launching an open tender for the supply and delivery of meat and poultry products to support the preparation and distribution of daily meals for vulnerable populations in Beirut and Mount Lebanon.
The contract covers a period of 60 calendar days, with deliveries required every two days based on operational needs. The tender is structured as a single lot, and bidders must submit offers covering all items listed in the BOQ.
All products must comply with Lebanese food safety standards, ensure proper hygiene, and respect temperature control requirements during storage and transport.
Interested suppliers must submit their bids by hand in sealed envelopes to Beit el Baraka offices in Achrafieh, Beirut.
The submission must include two separate sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
The outer envelope must clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name, and the mention “Do not open before the opening session”.
All required documents must be completed, signed, and stamped as per the tender dossier.
