AAP Officer / Hotliner

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hotline and other complaints/feedback mechanisms on a daily basis.

Record, categorize, and refer complaints in a confidential and timely manner.

Coordinate with the Senior AAP Officer to ensure appropriate follow-up and closure.

Ensure all data is handled with the highest confidentiality and in line with data protection policies.

Prepare periodic reports summarizing complaints received, response timelines, and trends.

Raise any serious protection or safeguarding concerns immediately as per protocols.

Assist in community outreach activities to raise awareness on the complaints and feedback mechanisms.
