Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the Outreach
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate program activities.
- Ensure that project is executed according to plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identify challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure beneficiaries' needs are accurately assessed and addressed.
- Gather field data, document activities, and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate records of distributions, surveys, and assessments.
- Provide timely updates to the management team.
- Support in organizing distributions in-kind donations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, local partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth field operations.
- Assist in coordinating and attend all capacity building training sessions.
- Frequent travel to field locations.
- May require working irregular hours during emergencies or peak activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Humanitarian Studies, Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in fieldwork, preferably in an NGO or humanitarian organization.
Experience in community engagement, case management, or field monitoring is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of humanitarian principles and best practices.
Strong data collection and reporting skills (using Excel, or similar tools).
Basic knowledge of project management and M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) is an asset.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to challenging environments.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Other Requirements:
Willingness to deplace across Lebanon and work in field locations.
Valid Lebanese driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
A car is must.
