Program Background
Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.
Berytech designed and developed the Agrytech program to make sure Lebanon has the most competitive companies that are sourcing, solving, growing and transforming food, as well as feeding the world from Lebanon.
The Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:
- A disruptive scientific or technological focus in the Agri-Food sector.
- The possibility to scale beyond the local market
- The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally.
Purpose
Support Agrytech Special Edition startups to develop their marketing strategy
Scope of Work
The Accelerator Program seeks a Marketing Consultant to help the startups develop their marketing, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Help startups set their early-stage marketing objectives.
- Define the startup’s unique value proposition and its adequate target audience.
- Build the startup’s content marketing plan.
- Identify the market size the startup can target
- Help the startup map their competition and analyses it and position in front of it
- Identify the startup’s proper price positioning.
- Identify the right pricing strategy for each startup.
- Define how the pricing strategy could be of a strategic advantage to the startups.
- Help the startups identify how each pricing strategy fits into their business model.
- Set the pricing tactics for the different stages, occasions, and offerings.
Deliverables
- Deliver 3 Power Sessions on Market sizing, Competitive analysis and Positioning and Pricing to Agrytech Special Edition Startups at a date to be agreed on with the accelerator manager
- Deliver up to up to 30 of one-on-one clinics with the exact dates and distribution of the hours to be agreed on with the accelerator manager
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Consultant, Trainer or similar role, preferably with a startup or in a startup environment
- Possess strong marketing knowledge and skills
- In-depth knowledge of the training, sales processes and best practices
- Hands on experience managing the full training cycle
- Exceptional platform delivery and facilitation skills - ability to deliver training programs from existing materials and teach sales-related training modules
- Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence entrepreneurs and sales professionals
- Demonstrated success in recommending learning solutions to drive growth
