Communication Consultant – ACT SMART INNOVATION HUB STARTUPS

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:

1. A disruptive scientific or technological focus in the Agri-food sector.
2. The possibility to scale beyond the local market.
3. The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally.

The Accelerator Program seeks an expert in communication to equip startup founders and team members with the essential communication skills and strategies needed to effectively convey their message, enhance brand visibility, and achieve desired outcomes. The engagement includes a workshop covering key communication principles, techniques, and best practices relevant to startup environments in addition to 1 one-on-one session with each of the 8 startups for tailored guidance.

The workshop shall focus on:

• Understanding the importance of communication in driving business success.
• Developing proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful messages tailored to different audiences.
• Learning strategies for leveraging various communication channels and platforms to reach target stakeholders.
• Gaining practical insights and tools for enhancing their overall communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a communication expert.  
• Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in communication – working with startups is a plus.
• Hands on experience managing the full training cycle.
• Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility.
• Fluent in English.
