Consultant in Finacial planning and modeling - Food System Challenge – FSC

Scope of work and Deliverables

 

The Consultant is expected to fulfill, but not limited to the following:

  • Introducing to the company methodologies to assess its current decisions impact on cash inflows and outflows.
  • Assess and monitor the company’s overall financial health and identify potential investments areas.
  • Identify and assess new revenue opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in creating an integrated financial plan that would account for multiple scenarios.
  • Assist in driver-based financial planning and/or multi-scenario financial planning

As part of the program’s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to:

  • Deliver a briefing report to the program’s team.
  • Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program’s team
  • Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session.

 

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or any related field. MS/MA is a plus.
  • Proven experience of working on a similar project is a must.
  • At least 20 years of experience in consulting on financial modeling and planning.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
Timeline and Application


The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection; the exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both the company’s and the Consultant’s availability.

Candidates should submit the following documents:

  • Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
  • Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.
  • Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
