Scope of work and Deliverables
The Consultant is expected to fulfill the following in addition to any other task required:
- Brand Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current brand identity, including the existing brand name, logo, design, and overall brand perception.
- Analyze the target market and competitors to understand the market dynamics and positioning opportunities.
- Brand Uplift Strategy Development:
- Develop a comprehensive brand uplift strategy that aligns with the company's vision, values, and target audience.
- Propose new brand elements and creative concepts to make the brand more appealing and relevant in the market.
- New Brand Name and Logo Design:
- Brainstorm and propose new brand name options that resonate with the target market and reflect the brand's identity.
- Create new logo designs that visually represent the essence of the brand and evoke the desired emotions.
- Packaging and Design Revamp:
- Redesign packaging and product labels to align with the new brand identity and enhance shelf appeal.
- Ensure that the new designs effectively communicate the brand's key messages and unique selling points.
- Brand Uplift Implementation Plan:
- Develop a step-by-step implementation plan for rolling out the brand uplift across all relevant touchpoints.
- Provide guidelines for brand consistency and application in various marketing materials and communications.
- A brand uplift is necessary for the new line of products (brand name, new logo, new design, brand uplift) to make the brand more appealing.
Deliverables:
- Brand Assessment and Analysis Report:
- A detailed report presenting the findings of the brand assessment and market analysis.
- Brand Uplift Strategy Document:
- A comprehensive document outlining the brand uplift strategy, including the rationale behind new brand elements and creative concepts.
- New Brand Name and Logo Designs:
- Several brand name options and logo designs for the client's consideration and selection.
- Packaging and Design Revamp:
- Redesigned packaging and product labels reflecting the new brand identity.
- Brand Uplift Implementation Plan:
- A detailed plan outlining the steps and timeline for implementing the brand uplift across all relevant platforms.
The consultant will provide these deliverables within the specified intervention period after working closely with the company to create an appealing and refreshed brand identity for their new line of products.
As part of the program’s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to:
- Deliver a briefing report to the program’s team.
- Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program’s team.
- Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session if requested by the program’s team.
- Conducting pre-post assessment, feedback and attendance as requested by the program team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, MSc Degree Marketing, Brand Management, Graphic Design, Communication Design, and any other relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar projects.
- Excellent communications and report writing skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Candidates should submit the following documents:
- Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
- Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.
- Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeline and Days of intervention.

General Conditions: This is a Request for Proposal only. Issuance of this RFQ does not in any way obligate Berytech, the Food System Challenge Project, or WFP to make an award or pay for costs incurred by potential offerors in the preparation and submission of an offer.
