Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Consultant – Scaling-up Agri-Food Innovations (SAFI)

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

 The Scaling Up Agri-Food Innovations (SAFI) project supports SMEs in the agri-food sector to scale up and accelerate their business to support import substitution and food security in Lebanon and facilitate export-readiness.

The SAFI project seeks an expert in FMCG to help up to 5 SMEs to evaluate and improve their sales strategy. The engagement includes up to four one-on-one sessions with each SMEs for tailored guidance and a field visit (if needed).

 The expert/company should be able to:

• Evaluate the SMEs’ current sales strategy and provide recommendations for improvement
• Help SMEs define and monitor ambitious yet realistic sales targets
• Guide SMEs on how to display and promote products Advise the team on their customer relationships (retail/distribution margins, delivery schedules, after-sales service, payment terms)

The deliverables include up to four one-on-one sessions for each SME, and a report summarizing the assessment of the SME’s current sales practices, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as an FMCG Sales expert.  
• Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in FMCG sales, specifically in food products Hands on experience managing the full training cycle.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and professional credibility.
