Context & Background
The Clyntech Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:
- An innovation with scientific or technological focus in the Cleantech sector.
- The possibility to scale beyond the local market
- The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally
The Accelerator Program seeks a lawyer to deliver the following requirements:
- Two 3-hour power sessions addressing the topics of Co-Founder Agreement, and Startup Legal Registration (including the process and the types of legal entities and the evaluation framework for each)
- Two one-on-one sessions for 12 startups (total of 24 sessions) to assist them on legal matters specific to their startup, such as co-founder agreement preparation and review, legal registration plan, contract review or other as needed. The duration of each session is 45 minutes. The sessions will be delivered between May and June 2024.

Qualifications
- Corporate lawyer with more than 8 years of practical experience
- Experience working with early-stage startups
