Project Background

STAND Up! is a project funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC Med Programme focusing on the support to eco-innovative entrepreneurs and enterprises within the textile and clothing sector.

Services

To hire an expert with a backgroud in warehousing operation and inventory management / supply chain management  to support a start-up to develop to better manage their warehousing operations. The call targets independent trainers or training agencies.

Purpose

Support  "La boutique Sociale" a start up that is part of the incubation phase of STAND Up! In developping a warehousing, supply chain and inventory processes.

Scope of Work

• Warehousing operation and inventory management: develop an operational strategy to receive , track and store inventory, workload planin and monitoring goods. 
• Supply Chain Management: developing a supply chain system and process 

Deliverables

To develop a tool kit and a process for each component with minutes of meeting and a final report.
