Management Consulting - Food System Challenge – FSC

The Consultant is expected to fulfill, but not limited to the following:

• Pre-training assessment of trainees (in advance of the training) to identify the main weaknesses and areas of development.
• Tailor and prepare training packages for the Management and Leadership trainees.
• Development of Management and Leadership Training manual if needed.
• Develop and administer seminar presentations, case studies, demonstration sessions, aligned with the team’s mission and vision.

As part of the program’s Monitoring and Evaluation (ME&L) processes, the consultant is required to:

• Deliver a briefing report to the program’s team at the end of the intervention.
• Attending check-ins short meetings, if needed and required by the program’s team
• Attending MEL induction meeting before the beginning of the session.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Proven experience of working on a similar project is a must.
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting on management and leadership.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities at the soonest after selection; exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both the company’s and the Consultant’s availability. 

Candidates should submit the following documents:

• Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
• Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.
• Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
