Trainer Needed for Green & Circular Finance Capacity-Building Workshop – Lebanon

Background

Berytech, through its Waste Valorization Cluster (QEEMA) and Sustainable Energy Cluster, is organizing a capacity-building workshop to strengthen members’ understanding of financing mechanisms for green and circular projects. To address this, the cluster is seeking to engage a qualified trainer to deliver a 3-hour in-person session that maps available financing opportunities including: Grants, blended finance mechanisms, impact investment, and climate-related finance opportunities, and provide practical tools to help Lebanese companies identify, prepare for, and access funding in Lebanon and the wider MENA region.

  • Provide participants with a comprehensive overview of current green and circular financing instruments available locally and regionally.
  • Help cluster members understand the requirements, eligibility criteria, and processes to access these funds.
  • Equip participants with practical tools and recommendations to strengthen their readiness to apply for these opportunities.
  • Deliver real-world case insights and success stories from Lebanon/MENA to illustrate pathways of funding.
