Videographer Needed for Learning Series Project

Project Overview - Learning Series

Berytech's ACT Smart Innovation Hub initiative is launching an educational learning series consisting of a long-form video series. The series will be delivered by experts from Berytech's community of specialists in the agrifoodtech and cleantech sectors. The aim of the series is to provide in-depth content to educate the local community about sector updates, emerging trends, innovations, and potential problems and opportunities in agrifood and cleantech. The episodes will be disseminated on Berytech's website and social media channels once every two weeks.

Project Requirements

The project will include one full-day filming session per month at Berytech's site in Bchara El Khoury, Beirut Digital District. During the filming session, the videographer will be expected to film up to four individuals separately. Each individual having a dedicated two-hour time slot that will be later edited into a 10-to-20-minute episode. The individuals being filmed will be industry experts who have already prepared their scripts. These experts will be addressing the camera while they discuss educational topics that fall under their field of expertise.

Videographer Requirements

  • Filming: Up to 30 episodes until the end of 2023 (up to 4 videos a month).
  • Editing: This includes video trimming, basic 2D animation and up to three revisions per video.
  • Coordinating with a focal point from Berytech's Communication team to ensure they are present on time during filming days and that the videos are edited and submitted on or before the agreed-upon deadlines.

Deliverables

The project aims to film, edit, and release two to three learning series episodes every month, resulting in up to 30 sessions per year. Each episode will be edited into one long-form video 10-20 minutes long.
