Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:

1. A disruptive scientific or technological focus in the agri-food sector.
2. The possibility to scale beyond the local market
3. The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally

The Accelerator Program seeks a lawyer to deliver the following requirements:

• A four-hour workshop addressing legal provisions of Co-Founders
• Review and update the Program contract
• A four-hour workshop addressing entity types including but not limited to SAL, SARL, and Offshore Structures along with the evaluation framework for every structure.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts which include:
  • MoUs
  • Consultancy Contracts
  • Recruitment Contracts
  • Software Development Contracts
  • Hardware Development Contracts
  • NDA
• Legal clinics to provide startups with Legal advice on various topics (Upon request) – Kindly provide the price for a package of 60 hours along with the cost of additional hourly rates should there be a need.

Key Deliverables:

• PowerPoint Presentation for the workshop
• Feedback documents (per clinic) for Berytech's Management on the startups' status and improvement points
• Contracts as mentioned in the Scope of Work

• Experience working with early-stage startups
