Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   Financial Management Assistance Assist in preparing monthly financial reports Settle all office expenses under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Office Administration Manage daily office work including daily correspondence with partners and beneficiaries, maintaining schedules and calendars, filing of administrative and project related documentation Maintenance of office space and managing of office supplies Prepare contracts, invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents Schedule meetings; prepare meeting agendas and minutes of meetings Organize all logistical aspects related to the organization’s activities (Workshops, public events etc.) Assist in drafting reports on project related activities   Provide any other additional secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff   All these tasks will be accomplished under the supervision of the senior management team, consisting. Please note that this is a full-time position.   Qualifications Proven experience in office administration in nonprofit organizations, preferably in the field of culture/arts Language skills: Arabic and English (well read, written and spoken) Computer Literacy: Office programs, Internet Effective organizational skills Well developed communication skills  Energetic, enthusiastic and dependable individual that works well in a team and individually Capable of working under pressure when necessary Be open-minded and willing to work with people from various cultural backgrounds   What we offer Full-time position with a competitive monthly salary Friendly team spirit environment
