Blue Mission Organization (BMO) is a community-based, independent Lebanese NGO committed to advancing human dignity through holistic, rights-based protection, education, health, and psychosocial support services for crisis-affected children, youth, and families across Lebanon. BMO is seeking a qualified and motivated Team Leader – CP & GBV Coordinator to support the implementation of a Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response project in South Lebanon, implemented in partnership with Terre des Hommes (TDH) and funded by UNICEF. The Team Leader will coordinate day-to-day field activities, supervise volunteers and outreach teams, support referral pathways and community engagement, and ensure the quality implementation of psychosocial support, awareness sessions, and protection interventions for women and girls affected by displacement and conflict in Saida and Jezzine districts. The position requires strong coordination, facilitation, communication, and protection skills, as well as commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, survivor-centred approaches, and humanitarian principles.
