Educator At The Men Rehabilitation Center

An educator at the rehabilitation center has the following job description:   -       Is responsible of one of the five rehabilitation stages -       Is responsible of one of the houses -       Oversees the work and organization in one working unit and train residents on the work in question -       Covers one or two night shifts per week -       Facilitates the groups’ dynamics   -       Share with the residents the daily activities and act as a role model -       Follow up on the development of the residents he is in charge of through the development plans, family visits, individual meetings etc … -       Specific shores that are stage related will be defined for every educator -       CAN be in charge of one artistic activity   The educator should have the following criteria: - Very Good Communication skills - Leadership skills - Ability to reflect on one's behavior and learn from mistakes - Patience, commitment - Ability to coordinate and work within a team - Multitasking
