Social Worker - Outpatient Center Damour

BDC is recruiting a social worker for the Damour outpatient center. Tasks typically involve: Conducting home visits to assess the socio-cultural situation of the family of the beneficiary in center. Offering guidance and counseling to the beneficiary, being available to offer support and advice. Working on establishing an honest and a healthy relation between the family and the beneficiary. Preparing and facilitating regular support groups and meetings with the families to allow exchange of experience amongst the families, and to offer support for family members. Develop and maintain project records such as databases, reports, and records of decisions. Develop a lessons learned inventory.
