1210 Winterization kits & 2240 Menstrual and Hygiene kits

Borderless NGO is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the Procurement Procedure for the relevant lot(s):

• Winterization Kits: 1210 kits
• Menstrual and Hygiene kits: 2240 kits

Winterization Kits will include: 

• Underwear for Children
• Socks for Children
• Woolen Hat for Children
• Rain Jacket for Children
• Winter Boots for Children

Menstrual and Hygiene Kits will include:

• Soap
• Laundry detergent
• Shampoo
• Adult toothpaste
• Child toothpaste
• Adult toothbrush
• Child toothbrush
• Nail clipper
• Reusable menstrual pads

1. All the goods are for humanitarian projects in an intervention supported by donors.
2. All goods are to be delivered to Ouzai, Beirut.
3. The offered prices should be by item and be quoted in USD only. VAT and/or any sales tax applicable to the purchase of supplies shall be in Lebanese Pound LBP and indicated separately in the Submission Form.
4. All offers, in English language, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by Monday 05 Dec  2022 before 4PM Beirut time. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in an email by Wednesday 30 November 2022 by 4PM Beirut time.
5. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.
6. Tender documents will be available from Thursday 24 November 2022 to Monday 05 Dec 2022. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from Borderless NGO. Please send an email to info@borderlessngo.org to request the tender documents.
