Administrative Instructor

Job Summary:

As an Administration instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students office work, administration, workspaces, reception skills and among other topics. You would also need to develop lesson plans and assessments to ensure that your students are learning the material effectively.

 

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for conducting Administrative training program and develop learning material, handbook and other training materials.
  • Conduct assignment and tests for registered students
  • Lead training sessions in: Reception management, office workspace, data entry and management, management skills.
  • Plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with the curriculum goals.
  • Prepare instructional aids and supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs.
  • Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the academic level and meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Promote students' understanding of and appreciation for Admin & Microworks.
  • Guide students through development of a stellar final project that will showcase their abilities to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate a dynamic and collaborative classroom community.
  • Inspire students to persevere through the challenges of learning a new suite of skills.
  • Plans to reflect industry trends and offer personal insights.
  • Taking attendance and following up on absences.
  • Preparing monthly reports on the progress of the participants, challenges, changes and implementation progress to the project manager.
  • Tracking sessions’ progress.
  • Unforeseen tasks may apply.

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree, teaching diploma or certificate in related fields
  • At least two years of professional experience in Administrative position
  • Ability and proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships

with others.

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of non- formal education programming.
  • Classroom Management skills.
  • Ability to support and develop colleagues and students.
  • Excellent cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity.
