1          Overview of the British Council

1.1        The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. 2          Introduction and Background to the Increased Resilience Project in Tripoli (IRT) Project / Programme

“Increased Resilience in Tripoli and surroundings” (IRT) is a British Council funded project that supports the government and civil society organisations to deliver positive communications and youth programming that aims to increasing the resilience of individuals and encourage vulnerable young people to seek alternative pathways by building their skills and confidence.

2.2        The purpose and scope of this RFP

This Animation film would be used as a communication material of the project which will serve as a roadmap to be presented to all stakeholders and for visibility purposes.

The supplier will produce a brief and appealing animated film that sums up the effort of the British Council in Tripoli and surroundings.

The film must capture the bigger picture of the British Council’s intervention as well as the different activities on all levels.
