- Master’s degree in humanities, social sciences, or similar is required.
- Proven local/regional experience of minimum 5 years in change management, Human resources management, and strategic planning processes preferably for public institutions.
- A minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in training, facilitating change management workshops, presenting information to clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
