Responsibilities
- Carry out a training needs assessment
- Develop a comprehensive TOT training facilitation skill based on the Assessments
- Prepare the content of the training material
- Deliver TOT training
- Master Degree in Social Sciences
- Certified Trainer
- Experience in communicating with different background especially with government and authorities, Humanitarian actors
- Experience in the development of humanitarian programs
- Experience in Child Protection, Psychosocial Support (PSS), Psychosocial First Aid (PFA), Case Management (CM), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and other protection topics
- Familiar with Humanitarian Principles, Protection Principles, and internationally recognized minimum standards in Child Protection, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of issues and sensitivities required when working with government institutions in politically challenging contexts
- Strongly motivated by humanitarian work
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
