Supply & Installation of Industrial Kitchen and Agro-Processing Equipment

This tender consists of one (1) Lot only. Partial bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit offers covering all required items listed in Annex 1 – BOQ.

Requirements & Conditions

  • Full installation of equipment at designated sites within Akkar – Shafat Union.
  • Provision of datasheets, warranty terms, and all necessary accessories/fittings.
  • Comprehensive 1-year warranty for all equipment supplied.
  • Eligible companies must submit:
    • Commercial Circular
    • Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation (MoF)
    • VAT Registration (if applicable)
    • ID of authorized representative

  • Financial evaluation

Payment Terms

  • 100% payment, 30 days upon approval from the implementing partners, by bank payment order in USD
  • VAT payable in LBP as per government circular

  • Signed & stamped offer (strictly using Annex 1 BOQ template)
  • Acknowledgment of payment modality (signed & stamped)
  • Required legal documents

Deadline: Offers must be submitted no later than 14 days after this publication.

“BIAT reserves the right to revoke or withdraw the award at any stage prior to contract signing if, during the on-ground verification or technical assessment, any of the following conditions are identified:

  • The technical specifications of the proposed equipment or materials do not fully comply with the minimum requirements outlined in this TOR.
  • The supplier fails to demonstrate actual availability of the proposed items, stock, or manufacturing capacity.
  • Any misrepresentation or discrepancies are identified in the supplier’s submitted documentation or declarations.

In such cases, BIAT may cancel the award without any liability and reserve the right to select an alternate supplier.”
