    Executive Officer   Reports to: The Director/Vice-Director Responsibilities: 1-      Maintain updated record for each employee (personal information, degrees, sick leave, annual vacation, training certificates) 2-      Manage training events (prepare the list of applicants, set up the class room, catering, etc). 3-      Keep a well organized archiving system of all the legal, internal and other documents. 4-      Keep and maintain all the board meeting minutes and meetings. 5-      Under the Director’s supervision, develop the board meeting agenda and documents. 6-      Assist the staff in all the travel arrangements (visa, hotel booking, etc) 7-      Handle all the external and internal communication (emails, phones, mail, etc). 8-      Other duties as assigned by the Director.   Required Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in business administration/Human Resources/Mass Communication or related field. Experience:  3 years of relevant experience Language Requirements: Excellent English. Proficiency in Arabic (typing), French is a plus.
