Project Development/communication Officer

   Project Development/Communication Officer   Reports to:  The Director. Responsibilities: 1-      Write and prepare reports and proposals for different SME/Socio-economic projects. 2-      Identify and search for new grants and bids. 3-      Maintain updated records for the DRM (Donor relation management) 4-      Edit  all documents issued by the organization (website literature, visibility materials, letters) 5-      Responsible for all the Director’s correspondences. 6-      Write and develop the narrative letters (Grant contract) 7-      Prepare the newsletter. 8-      Work directly with the Director on all the assigned tasks.   Required Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in business administration/public administration, international relations, development, or any related field. Experience:  3 years of relevant experience Language Requirements: Excellent English. Proficiency in Arabic, French is a plus. Competencies Ability to handle a large volume of work possibly under time constraints Ability to review data, identify and adjust discrepancies  Good knowledge of administrative rules and regulations  Perfect communication skills Excellent writing skills Organizational skills Analytical skills Teamwork
