Senior SME Expert

Responsibilities:
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance in the specialized field relevant to the project, facilitating the strategic alignment of project objectives with sector-specific best practices.
• Lead as a subject-matter expert to inform and shape the direction of project activities, mentoring the project team on technical aspects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with project management to advise on logistics, training, and workshops pertinent to the specialist domain, enhancing resource optimization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the development and maintenance of specialized documentation and technical records, creating systems for tracking advanced metrics, analysis reports, and subject-specific documentation.
• Offer leadership in strategic meetings and discussions, providing expert insights to drive the project's direction and ensuring effective communication of complex concepts to all stakeholders.
• Work with the communications team to articulate project activities and achievements, leveraging specialized expertise to emphasize technical successes and elevate project visibility.

2 Senior SME Experts are needed. (1 expert for BIAT Organization, 1 under the project of EF Shabake 2 at BIAT) 

Requirements:
• At least a degree in business, or a related field with relevance to the project's specialty area.
• At least 15 years of deep expertise in the relevant field of specialization, with a track record of significant contributions to the field.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an ability to oversee complex, specialized tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical teams and convey specialized knowledge to a non-expert audience.
• Proficiency in specialized software and technology pertinent to the field of expertise, alongside Microsoft Office applications.
• A thorough understanding of advanced monitoring and evaluation methods, emphasizing specialized outcomes and impact measurement.
• Demonstrated commitment to advancing knowledge within the field, promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and sustainable community development.
• Senior SME Expert should be proficient in English and Arabic.
